[Libreoffice] how to tell build process where to find DirectX?

Hi

My DirectX is installed in
  C:\Program Files\Microsoft DirectX SDK (February 2010)
But the "canvas" part of the build process doesn't seem to be able to find it.

Any help appreciated.
