[Libreoffice] [PATCH] Honor --disable-strip in gbuild.

Unlike the old dmake build system, solenv/gbuild/platform/unxgcc.mk sets 
-Wl,--strip-all depending on --enable-symbols only, and ignores 
--disable-strip altogether.  Attached patch fixes that.
