I think everyone was waiting basically for the original easy-hack author
or some of the people involved in the original discussion to take
ownership of integrating this, but hey, I had a look at it and it looks
really great as far as I can see. Sorry for the silly delay on this.

It looks an impressive hack to me anyway rather than an easy one :-)
