The log was not sent because I Ctrl-C the tinderbox itself, so it had
no chance to send an email

make check trigger make dev-install which trigger smoketest... which
had been hanging, untile mmeeks added a timeout

This is a tinderbox. It is meant to run un-attended for long period of
time (for instance I am expecting it to survive on its own while I'm
at LOConf in Paris). What-ever diagnostic is needed must be collected
automatically.
