[REVIEW: 3-5] fdo#47963 ext. list shrinks when resizing window

Hi,

the problem is that height of the "user/shared/installation" checkboxes
at the bottom of the dialog is increased by 3 pixels on each call of
Resize(). This is obviously a mistake and commit
c4c6b52a214b474353013f9b1b03d56a5d9a0380 fixes it.
