Cause I worry that someone's going to end up comparing string literals
to each other under some conversion like
-#define FOO rtl::OUString(..."foo"...)
+#define FOO "foo"
-#define BAR rtl::OUString(..."bar"...)
+#define BAR "bar"
if (FOO == BAR)
