Libreoffice Java x64 connection through UNO

Dear Noel,

I and my company are planning to contribute on LO ( funds and/or  time) 
but it is not clear  for me how the link you send me help me to connect 
JAVA x64 with LO Calc using UNO on Windows x64?!
