[REVIEW-3-5] fix for fdo#48449, check for column/rows for autofill and not filtered areas

Please don't push this patch. There are more hidden corner cases that
we need to fix. I suspect that they are broken in 3.5 already but I
would prefer a complete patch for this problem.
