[REVIEW:3-5] handle new file lists in distro-install-file-lists

Hi,

I have needed to do some changes to handle the new filelists in LO-3.5,

I think that it might be useful for others as well and would make sense
to push it into 3-5 branch. On the other hand, I do not want to break
the stuff for other packagers. I guess that they already have their own
hacks.
