[GSoC 2012] Community bounding period

Hi Rafael,

Congratulations for being selected to work with us during GSoC this
year! You know the coding hasn't started yet, but we entered the
community bounding period. This time is for you to integrate yourself in
our community. For this there are a few things you need to do:
  * Present yourself on the mailing list
  * Connect to our IRC channel regularly to meet the other developers

We, mentors are here to help you feel welcomed in our big family as well
as helping you with the code ;)
