[PATCH] Replace equalsAsciiL(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM(...)) with == operator

Hi there,
This patch replaces equalsAsciiL(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM(...)) with
== operator.
Replacement is done by using regex. More to come :)
