Build fails 'RuntimeException'

Hi,

I've finally been able to build LO after switching back to a fresh 
Lubuntu 10.04 but I'd like to help track down the build issue.
Sadly, I have no idea where to start the investigations... I was 
suggested to

But this file does not even exist :/
