How to bundle a spell checker

	The process is: talk to Andras (CC'd) and/or send him your
dictionary :-)

	There is no real problem with bundling a Sinhala dictionary - assuming
it's reasonably small with LibreOffice. That is the preferred approach.

	Of course we -really- need to invest some time and effort into
shrinking our download footprint, which is already over-large so we can
add more dictionaries without growing too big.

	It'd be great to find some people interested in hacking there.
