[PATCH] converting code to STL, removing Container!

Hi

This patch series converts the last usages of Container to STL.
The last patch in the series removes the implementation of Container and 
strips down contnr.hxx to just the defines that are still being used.

It passes a full make check.
I compiled with --enable-binfilter just to be sure.
