While the flags stuff sound interesting in general, one reason we dont go with
keywords most of the time is that whiteboard status can be changed without
administration rights on the bugzilla. Since distributing tags over keywords,
whiteboard and flags also makes things more complex for users to get right, I
dont think we should consider it -- at least not now for a list of 5 bug numbers.
