[PATCH] Do not keep deprecated switches around

Hi,

I have submitted a patch for review:

To pull it, you can do:

    git pull ssh://gerrit.libreoffice.org:29418/core refs/changes/71/1271/1

Do not keep deprecated switches around

This is pretty bad idea, because when you really remove them it prints
nice warning, this way tho you have no damn chance to see it unless you
read the ./configure --help.
