I finally adapted the code to use the numberformat .ui on Friday, forgot
to mention that I think. Was a little tricky because I wanted to keep
the icons on the buttons so had to extend our builder to support that.
You can find the modified version now as
cui/uiconfig/ui/numberformatpage.ui.

And leighman converted the bookmark code earlier already.
