REMINDER: Release 4.0.0.0.beta2 from libreoffice-4-0 branch

Hi,

please note that the commit deadline for 4.0.0.0.beta2 is today,
December 17, 2012.

Please, try to get all late features done! This is the last beta. The
hard English string, UI freeze is getting close. It will happen with
the deadline for rc1 on Jan 7, 2013.
