[PATCH] Some more READMEs

Hi all,

Here are some more READMEs for the modules.

This covers mostly just URE stuff, copied from:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Code_Overview

It introduces a little bit of syntax (for linking to cgit and urls).
