Need code pointer for bug 43895

Hi, I'm looking at working on bug 43895 ( 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43895) But there is not 
code pointer provided so that I know where to start looking. Does anyone 
have an idea of where I could start with this?
