My tests show that Tabelborder works fine in Writer in Calc, _as long as
single lines_ are drawn. 
Double lines (same line width or thin_thick) show the same behaviour as
in 3.4. I also tried with linewidth {35,35,35},{88,88,88} (inner, space,
outer), which used to work before in 2.x at least.

When implementing TableBorder2, please also note
