Didn't read my email over the w/e, but noticed this build failure. The
preexisting scp2 stuff had gengal.bin + gengal (a sh script) for unix
and just gengal.exe for windows, so I made a stab at that change with
998e2a64971516a2a77d34c1246a98e859a3e223 and there's been a few more
fixes, so hopefully this is all resolved now.
