there was a fix in the build system for Java stuff on Windows that went
into the libreoffice-3-5 branch yesterday:
 19ea1b173ae9004a438903d1cb4ac197d27bacee

please try if the problem still happens when you build current
libreoffice-3-5 or when you apply that patch to your libreoffice-3-5-0
checkout.
