* Release Engineering update (Petr)
	+ 3.5.1 release bits
		+ RC1 tagging issues, l10n, then stdlibs
		+ then old Mac/libxml2 (Stephan)
			+ libcroco etc. built vs. system libxml
			+ could we end up with two libxml's linked ?
			+ last tinderbuild does use both libs (Norbert)
		+ should switch Mac externals to use the internal libxml2
			+ checking other libs: libxmlsec ok, libcroco etc.
			+ patch for libcroco is extant,
			+ RC1 with Norbert's patch ?
		+ working on the issue (Stephan, Norbert, Petr)
			+ start builds tomorrow / tag around noon.
		+ slip 3.5.1 by several days
			+ expect release monday
AA: + accelerate external movement of Linux build hardware (Kendy)
	+ 3.4.6
		+ two weeks from now: March 5th RC1 deadline
		+ potentially delayed by 1-2 days

* Drop universal build for 3.6 ? (Kendy)
	+ 5% of our install-base taking big chunks of install pain
	+ difference in package splits between SUSE/Fedora/Debian etc.
	+ extremely broken supporting extremely old distros (Kendy)
	+ Fedora - support ~2 releases behind, year+a bit
	+ openSUSE - something similar, 11.3 is latest supported
	+ some testing merit for older systems (Bjoern)
	+ Debian Stable - can be much older than SUSE/Fedora perspective
		+ 'backports' service, if users want that
		+ Rene up-loading latest version there already.
	+ Oracle had moved to RHEL5 as their baseline before shutdown.
	+ new build hardware required for updating baseline ?
	+ Proposal: for 3.6
		+ continue to do generic builds
		+ pull base-line up to oldest Fedora/SUSE etc.
		+ continue to use internal libs

* GSOC update (Cedric)
	+ we have two weeks (until March 9th) to apply as an org.
		+ https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Gsoc/Ideas
	+ things you want to hack on too.

* QA update (Rainer)
	+ regressions - meaning of
		+ if it was not working in OO.o - not a 'regression'
		+ if functionality got substantially worse: it's a regression.
		+ but if new feature partially implemented, not one.
		+ if very annoying, add to most annoying, and fret not wrt.
		  the regression tag (Kendy)

	+ status new / unconfirmed / etc. (again)
		+ problem of querying assigned vs. devel in CC - hard.
		+ can query for 'bug state not changed in <N> days' (Bjoern)
		+ everyone needs to be able to query bugs to fix
		  is it an issue for developers ? - apparently not.

	+ 3.5 installation problems on Windows
		+ tried several installs on old XP machines,
		  failed with 100% CPU load
		+ integration of existing user profile problems
AA: + more research & individual bugs pulled out (?)
		+ eg. fdo#46074 - missing recent documents list (Cloph)
