[Libreoffice] [PATCH] proposed fix for fdo#43479

Hello,

I tried to help for the fdo#43479 so I runned some tests and try to
interpret the results here :

Then I proposed a patch here

Of course, if I'm sure the distinct works for the few tests I made, I'm
obviously not sure the patch is ok.

So any opinion ?
