Done - although the "file-a-bug" more or less was meant as placeholder
for whatever term will be used. So if you want another one, let me
know.

The idea of hub.libreoffice.org/<task/keyword>?param1=value1[&paramX=valueX]
is to have "never changing" URLs to be used in the program as well as
in printed stuff.
