[Libreoffice] [PATCH] Replaced DBG_ERRORFILE with SAL_INFO.

Hello lo-devs,

as mentioned in the subject these patches replace the DBG_ERRORFILE
macro with SAL_INFO as suggested in the tools/debug.hxx header. The
patches were created with git format-patch.
