Can I nominate Bug 34531

Not letting the Smartboard ink layer get above an Impress presentation on a
second screen makes Impress pretty useless in most schools.

XP works fine but Linux doesn't ( As in: Slideshow/Slideshow
Settings/Presentation Always On Top doesn't seem to do anything at all )
