with a few additional changes: fixed a typo in postgresql/makefile.mk 
that caused the -impl lib's UNO service to not actually be registered, 
and added a --disable-postgresql-sdbc configure switch.  (At least on 
Linux, it succeeds the "very limited, but still meaningful, test" at 
<http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2012-January/024333.html>.)
