[GSoC] Mid-term evaluations

Hello students and mentors,

As a reminder, the Mid-term evaluations will run from next Monday ( July
9th ) 19:00UTC to Friday July, 13th 19:00 UTC. It all happens on:

An important note this year is student will get the mid-term money if we
have both mentor and student evaluation.

If one of the mentors can't submit his evaluation for some reason, 
please send the values to fill to one of the co-mentors, Fridrich or me.
