[PATCH] Convert PTRARR_SORT to std::vector

Hi

Posting these 2 patches to start with, so I can see if I'm on the 
correct path.

These 2 patches convert a couple of locations from SV_DECL_PTRARR_SORT 
to std::vector (where the vector is sorted).

They both pass "make check".
