[REVIEW-3-6, 3-6-0] fix for fdo#52340, use correct table for conditional format paste

Hey,

[1] fixes several problems around conditional format paste. The
problem is that I was once again confused by the source and target
table. The old code will only work for copy&paste to the same sheet.
