Hi everyone,

A summary of what I did today:

- Added the options view and styled it.
- Removed the option of blocking calls until I've done more research.*
- Added blanking/resuming of the presentation (screen attached).
- Added control of presentation using volume buttons (configurable in 
the options).

* It seems that to block calls one must use an internal android API, and 
it looks like this can change from version to version.

Next is implementing notes export and rendering.
