Adding bug 52615; component database; the ADO driver is inactive. This is
especially annoying since that's how we "automagically" connect to MS Access
databases -> a non-expert user cannot connect to an MS Access database
(connecting through ODBC works, but this takes expert setup, while connecting
through ADO is setup automatically by LibreOffice).
