Hi,

I'm sending this work in progress for review and comments:

Note, the directory zipcore ist still underway.

We should test it a lot, once it is ready. There are
three cases on each platform (on windows only 2, on mingw only 1):
--disable-python
--enable-python=internal
--enable-python=system

That why I don't even think about getting it into LO 3.6 ;-)
