ANNOUNCE: Earlier 3.5.5 and 3.5.6 bugfix releases

Hi,

there was too long delay between 3.5.4 and 3.5.5 bugfix releases. We
decided to do 3.5.5 during the 3.6.0 beta phase. Hence the deadline for
3.5.5-rc1 is the following Monday, June 11, 2012.

We also shifted 3.5.6 bugfix release one month earlier.
