[PATCH] GTK theming: implement frame rendering

Hi,

Yes, I'll do, but first I need to logically finalize my series of
patches, namely enable correct bg rendering for several widgets, for
which the theme can't compute their position relative to the window
(which is crucial for bg gradient).
I hope to do this before the release.
