[PATCH] Remove unused InterceptChildWindowKeyDown

Hi,

some further cleanup:

- InterceptChildWindowKeyDown never gets called
- so mbInterceptChildWindowKeyDown doesn't get changed
- at ImplInterceptChildWindowKeyDown
    a) ImplSendMessage() is never accessed
    b) always returns sal_False
