[REVIEW 3-5][REVIEW 3-5-5] fdo#48601 second crash?

This one

is putting some belts and braces to avoid out of bond access on a vector
in libvisio. It might fix the second crash in fdo#48601, but I cannot
reproduce the crash, so cannot say with certainty.

It should not break anything and would be good tohave it in 3-5 and
3-5-5 branches.
