[REVIEW] fdo#47102, set the edit field visible when switching to formula input in conditional format dlg

Hey,

[1] fixes fdo#47102. We need to reset the edit line visible because it
might have been set hidden.

Patch is simple and safe and therefore I think we can include it into 3-5.
