Building master on Windows. Installer fails.

Hi there,

I decided to give master a try on Windows once again.  The good news
is that, it just built flawlessly without ever needing my
intervention.  The bad news is that, the installer fails.  I've
attached a screenshot of the error I'm seeing.

Anyone has any clue as to how to fix this?

My tree is most recent as of this morning.
