Make Win32 LibO installable side by side with other StarOffice derivatives

Hi all,

Please be aware of this major change in LibreOffice for Windows where
I basically changed our ProgID:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd542719(v=vs.85).aspx

The CLSIDs and mimetypes are of course unchanged, that should make us
still background compatible with older versions of LibreOffice and
other related products. But the change is important and should be
tested carefully.
