evoab is meanwhile fixed with 
<http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=efe0cbe6da64b2e150331112becade0ac3a53555> 
"fdo#46808 adapt evoab driver," right?  At least for me, an 
--enable-evolution2 build works now.
