Those files are from stlport that we got rid off almost 2 years ago. If you find them included, just bin them. It should be boost::unordered_* containers that replace them. Ping me on irc if there is some problem with this stuff. I still remember what was the difference of behaviour between hash_* and unordered_* alternatives. F.
