how to change submitted (but not pushed) patches in gerrit when necessary?

See 'Create a patch revision' on 
'http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/gerrit'
Basically, you just have to set the correct Change-ID:..|. and submit it 
again.

Do not forget to enter the same comment to your commit because your 
updated one will overwrite the previous one.
