current master has new package depency, when building on Ubuntu 12.10

Hi

It appears that the Python3 stuff checked in today requires that the 
libtool package be available on the system.

Just a heads up for anybody else who might run into this :-)

And perhaps we should update the build instructions wiki page.

PS. specifically, it appears that it needs the libtoolize binary
