Could you confirm in an email that your changes are under our preferred
MPL/LGPLv3+ license combo and then add yourself to the wiki at
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Developers linking to
that mail ?

Here's a typical example which avoids the need to restate the license on
every subsequent submission.
