feature/vs2012: merge to master

I've just pushed feature/vs2012 to gerrit.
This branch adds support for building libreoffice with Visual Studio 2012 and the Windows 8 SDK.
I've tested it with both Visual Studio 2012 and Visual Studio 2008.
Review and feedback would be appreciated.
