Windows build failing in instsetoo_native, makecab.exe

That is not under
D:\Dev\libo\libo\instsetoo_native\wntmsci12.pro\LibreOffice_Dev\native\
but under a temporary directory in /tmp. Do you have basicsrvdepot.zip
under solver\wntmsci12.pro\pck?
