How to use internal neon ?

Hi,

I am pondering gbuildizing neon.
It's built by dmake as dynamic library currently.
Could it be used as static library ?

And why there is --disable-neon option if we can build internal copy ?

It's used only in ucb/Library_ucpdav1.mk
and not used in xmlsecurity/qa/certext/SanCertExt.cxx
